Shipping Policy

Grovity Pty Ltd (ABN 17 689 177 062) is committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping across Australia. This Shipping Policy outlines shipping rates, delivery timeframes and important information regarding dispatch of Grovity Hair Gro Serum orders.

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

For the purposes of this policy, "business days" means Monday to Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays.

1. Shipping Rates (Australia Only)

Grovity currently ships Australia-wide only.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within Australia
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate Australia-wide

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is finalised.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and NSW public holidays).

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotional campaigns or unforeseen operational delays, dispatch times may be extended.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing promptly. If you need to amend your address or request cancellation, please contact us immediately. Changes are subject to our Terms & Conditions and cannot be guaranteed once processing has commenced.

3. Delivery Timeframes (Australia Post)

We use Australia Post to deliver Grovity orders.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days

Please note: Deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory and remote or regional areas may require an additional 2–4 business days beyond the estimated timeframes.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Addresses (PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers)

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • Australia Post Parcel Lockers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

5. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation email.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates.

6. Delivery Instructions & Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you have specific delivery instructions (for example, "leave behind the gate"), please include them in the order notes at checkout. We will pass these instructions to Australia Post, however we cannot guarantee that all instructions will be followed.

If "Authority to Leave" is selected at checkout, or if Australia Post determines it is safe to leave the parcel at the delivery address, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it is marked as delivered.

Grovity Pty Ltd is not liable for loss, theft or damage occurring after confirmed delivery where Authority to Leave applies.

7. Carrier Delays

Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Australia Post network delays
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Public holidays
  • Weather events
  • Operational disruptions

Grovity Pty Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched within our stated processing timeframe.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post, please contact us at info@grovity.com.au.

Where a parcel is verified by Australia Post as lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
