Refund & Returns Policy

Grovity Pty Ltd (ABN 17 689 177 062) stands behind the quality of Grovity Hair Gro Serum. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We will not refuse a refund, repair or replacement where required by law.
2. Proof of Purchase Required
To process any return, refund or guarantee claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase.
This includes:
- Order number; and
- The full name and email address used at checkout.
We are unable to process refund requests without a verified record of purchase.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Voluntary Policy)
In addition to your rights under the ACL, we offer a voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on purchases made directly through:
www.grovity.com.au
This guarantee:
- Applies only to purchases made through our official website
- Does not apply to products purchased from stockists, resellers, marketplaces or third parties
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify under this voluntary policy:
- The request must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- The bottle (even if partially used) must be returned
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The customer is responsible for return postage
- A $10 delivery and handling fee will be deducted from the refund
The refund applies to the product purchase price only and does not include original shipping fees (if any).
If free gifts or promotional items were included in your order, they must also be returned. If not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund.
4. Return Condition & Inspection
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Returned items must:
- Include the original bottle
- Not show evidence of deliberate misuse, tampering or abnormal use
- Not be returned in a damaged or empty state inconsistent with reasonable personal use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds under the voluntary guarantee where we reasonably suspect:
- Fraud
- Excessive return behaviour
- Policy abuse
- Attempted resale
- Deliberate product misuse
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Reason for return
Do not send products back without prior approval and return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items. Grovity is not responsible for returns lost in transit before they are received by us.
6. Refund Processing Timeframe
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us promptly with supporting photographs.
To assist with investigation of transit damage, we recommend reporting damaged items within 48 hours of delivery where possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or in breach of consumer guarantees under the ACL, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.
8. Change of Mind (Outside Guarantee Period)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind outside the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
